The 1985 ZX-400, sold in Kawasaki's listing as the GPz400R, is a 399 cc sports bike with a liquid-cooled DOHC transverse four. It has four carburettors, a six-speed gearbox and a rising-rate monoshock rear end. The page gives a 1395 mm wheelbase and a 770 mm seat height, and the bike is a clear example of the mid-1980s 400 cc sports class.
